The Pfluger Management Team
Kent Niemann, AIA, REFP, has designed K-12 facilities for Pfluger Associate Architects for more than 13 years. He is registered both as an architect and an interior designer and has designed and planned schools, hospitals, entertainment and hotel projects, and correctional facilities. Since 1994, he has focused primarily on the design and programming of public schools, and has completed work on over $100 million in school projects.
As principal-in-charge of the San Antonio office, Kent supervises all projects in the San Antonio and South Texas area. He has led the design teams for numerous major projects, including Ronald Reagan High School, Byron Steele High School, Champion High School, United High School and the total renovation of New Braunfels High School.
Kent served as partner-in-charge for the North East ISD Prototype Middle School project. He also has significant experience in facility assessment, bond planning and programming.
He is currently serving as President of the San Antonio chapter of Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI).
