The Pfluger Management Team

Michelle Dudley, AIA, LEED AP, is principal-in-charge of our Houston office. Michelle joined Pfluger Associates in 1992 and has served as project manager for a number of major projects, including master planning, programming and conceptual design for redevelopment of 92 campuses within the San Antonio Independent School District, and the St. Philips College Nursing & Allied Health and Learning Resource Center in San Antonio.

Michelle specializes in planning and design of educational and theatrical facilities and has contributed to projects such as the award-winning Ronald Reagan High School for the Northeast I.S.D. and a district-wide Performing Arts Center for the Round Rock I.S.D.

Michelle holds a master’s degree in architecture from Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of Texas at Austin. She is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).

Michelle's professional affiliations include the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Women in Design organization of San Antonio’s AIA chapter, CEFPI, United States Institute for Theatre Technology and the Texas Music Educators Association.
