Renovation of existing office space in the Killam Library to create permanent exhibition space. This new space will display the works of noted Laredo artist, Helen Richter Watson.
In addition to the renovation of the gallery space, the two-story breezeway that bisects the library building will be enclosed, creating a new, larger, common lobby space. The gallery will open onto this lobby allowing the lobby and gallery spaces to be combined into one larger space.
